Returns

Lucy Love Soaps

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time.  All sales are final.  If you have any complaints, concerns or are not completely satisfied with our products,  please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to solve it. We'd love the opportunity to make it right and give you the best customer service as possible.

The Larimar Place

We accept returns on full-priced items in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 10 days of your purchase. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to the original form of payment. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs*.

 

To initiate a return, email us at info@thelarimarplace.com with your name, order number, email address and explain the reason for your return, you will receive an email approval from us with the details for your return.
 

To return an item for refund or exchange please ship your parcel to the address below. Once you send your package out, please email us the tracking information; this last step is a must to avoid any delays in the process.

When we received your item, your refund will be processed and a receipt confirmation will be sent to the email address used to place your order. Please, allow for 7-10 business days for return processing.

 

Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

 

Exchange

 

If your item was purchased at full price and is unworn/unused within 10 days of your purchase, you are eligible to return your item and exchange it for any other piece you like. If the new product cost is higher than what you previously paid, we'll send you a discount code for the difference you already paid (minus shipping costs*) that can be redeemed on our website upon receipt. If the new product cost is less than what you previously paid, you will receive a refund (minus shipping costs*) when we received your return.

 

*Shipping costs are the current USPS priority service rates for the destination.
